Shipping & Returns:

We aim to ship all orders out within 1-2 business days. Once your order is confirmed and ready to ship, an email including the tracking number will be sent to you. 

All international orders are shipped via DHL. Depending on your country, your package could take anywhere between 5-18 business days to be delivered. 

For pre-ordered items, once the production is complete and your OC is ready to ship you will receive an email including the tracking number letting you know your order is on the way!

Please keep in mind that we are a small team. If any changes or delays we will keep you in the loop. 

 

Duties & Taxes:

For all international shipments please note that the pricing does not include duties & taxes. These charges will be added onto your shipment once it arrives in the country. You will need to pay these to release your package. 

 

Returns & Refunds:

If the item you have purchased is not quite to your satisfaction, you may return your item(s) for store credit or a refund. However please note refunds do not apply to sale or pre-ordered products. 
To return an item, the following conditions apply:
* Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. 
* The item(s) must be returned unworn and in the condition they were sent. 
Once we have received and inspected the item(s) we will process the return/refund. 
Please note:
* Items purchased during a sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. 
* Customers will be refunded for the item(s) purchased, no shipping costs are included. 
* Credit notes must be used within a year of the issued date. 

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on the pre-ordered pieces. This is because they have been made especially for you. We do however offer an alteration service so get in touch and we will see what we can do. 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. So please shop with the intention of letting your OC age well in your wardrobe. 

If you have received a damaged or faulty item then we are happy to exchange or offer store credit. Email us at info@oliviacashmore.com. 

If your package is showing delivered but you can't find it and it's not with your neighbour, then please email us with your order number so we can help. Olivia Cashmore is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
