If the item you have purchased is not quite to your satisfaction, you may return your item(s) for store credit or a refund. However please note refunds do not apply on our pre-ordered products. To return an item, the following conditions apply:
*Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
*The item(s) must be returned unworn and in the condition they were sent.
Once we have received and inspected the item(s) we will process the return/refund. Please note:
*Items purchased during a sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
*Customers will be refunded for the item(s) purchased, no shipping costs are included.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on the pre-ordered pieces. This is because they have been made especially for you. We do however offer an alteration service so get in touch and we will see what we can do.
